TERMS OF SERVICE & PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT
1. NATURE OF SERVICE (SOURCING AGREEMENT)
By placing an order on this website, you act as the "Principal" and explicitly appoint [FoldiWash] as your
"Sourcing Agent." You authorize us to:
• Locate and purchase the selected merchandise from our network of third-party suppliers or manufacturers
on your behalf.
• Arrange for the logistics and delivery of these goods to your specified address.
• Manage all communications regarding customs, tracking, and quality assurance.
2. PRICING AND FEES
The total "Price" displayed at checkout is an all-inclusive figure. It consists of:
1. The cost of goods paid to the original supplier.
2. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
3. Our service commission for sourcing, platform management, and customer support.
There are no hidden fees. You are not paying interest or financing charges.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND INVENTORY
We operate as a procurement service and do not maintain physical stock of all items at our local premises. Upon
your payment, we immediately transmit funds to the supplier to acquire the item for you.
• If an item is out of stock with our suppliers, we will notify you immediately and issue a full, prompt
refund. We do not hold your funds for back-orders without your express renewed consent.
4. TRANSFER OF TITLE & SHIPPING
Legal ownership (title) of the goods transfers from the supplier to you at the moment the shipment is handed
over to the carrier. However, as your agent, we remain responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. We
provide a tracking number for every order to ensure full transparency of the delivery status.
5. QUALITY GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
We stand behind our sourcing service.
• Non-Delivery: If the product does not arrive within our stated delivery window, we guarantee a full
refund.
• Defects/Damage: If the product arrives damaged or materially different from the description, we will
facilitate a replacement or a full refund upon provision of proof (photos/video).
• Our Responsibility: We do not deflect liability to the factory. We are your point of contact and will
resolve any issues directly with you.
